The cost contribution (recommended donation) per program is 6,000 HUF (or 15 EUR), which you can offer in cash on site. The suggested donation is independent of the time of arrival and departure, we cannot provide the opportunity to have dinner later than the announced one.
We are happy to accept lacto-vegetarian (meat, fish and egg-free) sweets, fruits - which are served after the bandara - and help with cleaning up after dinner.
Introduction to Swami Avatar Puri Ji
Swami Avatar Puri Ji is an extraordinary spiritual personality, characterized by great talent, extensive intellectual and spiritual education, profound knowledge and wisdom. With his friendly and open nature, he creates an atmosphere in which people are happy to stay. His lectures and satsangs, enriched with life-like, wise stories, are inspiring for both young and old.
Swami Avatar Puriji was accepted as a gyan putra (spiritual son) by Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwaranandaji at a very young age, and lived in Vishwaguruji's Ashrams throughout his life.
In November 2021, Swami Avatar Puriji was inaugurated as the successor of the Sri Alakhpuriji Siddha Peeth Parampara (line of masters) by his master, the Mahamandaleshwar and Acharyas of Maha Nirvani Akhara, in a solemn puja ceremony.
He began his studies at Shree Vishwa Deep Gurukul Prathmik Vidyalaya, a primary school of Yoga in Daily Life in Rajasthan, India, and then attended Sarala Birla Academy in Bangalore, after which he studied Sanskrit and Indian philosophy under His Holiness Nirvan Pithadhishar Aachrya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Sri Vishokanand Bharti Ji, the Aachrya of Mahanirvani Akhara in Haridwar.
Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda accepted him as his disciple at a very young age and in 2013 he was ordained as a sanyasi as the youngest sanyasi (monk) of Swami Maheshwaranand ji and the Sri Alakh Puri Ji Sidhpith Parampara.
